You may cancel up to 24 hours in advance and get a full refund.  In the event that you give less than 24 hours notice, we will issue you a 50% refund.  If we cancel due to bad weather or mechanical difficulties, we issue you a full refund. Private charters have different cancellation policy, which may be determined at the time of booking.
